Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Extracto collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account and billing data: your email and payment details, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: the URLs and schemas you submit for extraction, used to provide the Service, prevent abuse and improve accuracy.
• Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics about site visits, plus advertising conversion signals where you have consented.

How we use it

To operate and improve the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Extracted content

Data you extract through Extracto is yours. We process target-page content transiently to fulfil your request and may cache results briefly to control cost and rate limits. You are the controller of any personal data you choose to extract; see our DPA.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email hello@getextracto.dev.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
